INFORMATION ABOUT THE FACILITY
Yes. Please note that the apartments at B85 Suites are suitable for 2 people. We do not offer the possibility of adding an extra bed to the apartment.
B85 Suites is a self-service property. Check-in, stay and check-out do not require direct contact with the facility staff. However, we are available to our guests from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at +48 539 011 173 or by e-mail: rezerwacja@b85suites.pl
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets to stay at B85 Suites.
For stays longer than 5 days, we assume the possibility of cleaning during the guest’s stay.
This device is located at the entrance to the B85 Suites apartment building, replacing the traditional reception desk. It allows you to check in and start your stay yourself, as well as check out or extend your reservation.
For guests who plan longer stays at W B85 Suites, we have prepared Comfort Apartments equipped with a washing machine. In the immediate vicinity, 300 m away, there is also a self-service laundry.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments and in the entire facility. Smoking is allowed in front of the building.
B85 Suites is located in Mokotów, in the center of Warsaw. We are 700 m from the border of Śródmieście, and the distance to the very center is 7 km by car.
We do not have a charger for electric cars.
INFORMATION ABOUT THE APARTMENTS
Our apartments have various standards. Classic Apartments – provide equipment that meets the most important needs of guests. There are, among others: kitchenette with a fridge, dishes and cutlery, microwave and kettle; table with chairs, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, bed linen and towels.
The advantage of the Flex apartments is a fold-out sofa which, depending on your needs, can be folded to gain more living space or unfolded to prepare for a night’s rest.
Comfort apartments, intended for longer stays, are additionally equipped with a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, and an induction hob. Their undoubted advantage is the outdoor space, each Comfort Apartment has a terrace with a garden or a balcony with a view of the greenery and dedicated lounge furniture. Yes, all rooms are air-conditioned and heated with fan coil units. Maintaining a comfortable temperature is simple and at the same time ecological, thanks to the efficient installation of heat pumps.
Yes, each apartment is equipped with towels, a hairdryer and a cordless kettle.
Our apartments are not equipped with safes.
An iron and ironing board are available in Comfort apartments.
To enter the building and the apartment during your stay, you can still use the individual entry code received in an SMS message.
At the end of your stay, proximity cards and entry codes become invalid and will no longer open the door.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
You can enter the building and the apartment using an individual code sent in an SMS message or using a proximity card issued by the self-service check-in kiosk.
The apartment code will be sent via SMS the day before the guest’s arrival.
Apartment cards will be issued by the hotel’s self-service kiosk/self-service reception upon check-in.
Yes, the hotel’s self-service kiosk (self-service reception) is available 24 hours a day.
At the self-service check-in kiosk, select the CHECK IN button and then enter the reservation number on the displayed keyboard or scan the QR code. The self-service check-in kiosk will assign an apartment number and issue a contactless access card.
Yes, the invoice will be sent at check-out at the kiosk to the e-mail address provided by the guest.
On the day of check-out, please approach the hotel’s self-service kiosk (self-service reception), select the CHECK OUT tile and return your contactless cards.
The entry code will cease to be active after 11:00, at the end of the hotel day. To extend your stay, please select the MANAGE RESERVATION option at the hotel self-service kiosk and follow the instructions displayed on the screen. Payment can be made by card on site thanks to the payment terminal. If necessary, please contact us at +48 539 011 173.
Yes, because it involves purchasing another day of stay. The fee amount will be announced at the hotel’s self-service kiosk.
At B85 Suites we can make a reservation for at least two days.
