B85 Suites is a modern, elegant apartment facility located in Warsaw, at Bartycka Street 85A, in the beautiful, atmospheric Lower Mokotów. The advantage of the location is easy access to the Center, the neighborhood of green areas offered by Łazienki Park, and the picturesque boulevards along the Vistula River.
The modern architecture of the building, with many glazings and interesting design, harmonizes with the simple and extremely functional elegance of the interior.
B85 Suites is an excellent place for guests who appreciate peace and quiet, climate, and green areas, as well as needing good transport connections to the center of Warsaw.
We offer 23 independent, modern apartments equipped with a kitchenette and a cozy bathroom. Some of our apartments are adapted for longer stays, with amenities such as a washing machine or an induction kitchen.
Automated facility
There is no traditional service desk at B85 Suites. Taking care of the privacy and comfort of our guests, we have implemented an innovative process that allows check-in, stay and check-out without the need to contact the information point.
The entire process from making a reservation to check-out is intuitive and efficient. Payment is available online, and check-in does not require contact with the staff. A self-service check-in terminal awaits guests at the entrance, which will issue access cards to the facility and apartments after completing the check-in process.
We used the latest technological solutions enabling individual access control to the facility, providing intelligent lighting and precise temperature control in the apartments to ensure the highest possible comfort of your stay.
Convenient check-in
The day before your arrival, you will receive an SMS message with the entrance code to the main door of the facility and the apartment, as well as an e-mail with further information regarding the rules of your stay.
We provide the option of online check-in before arriving at your destination. Online check-in allows for instant check-in and access to the apartment thanks to a previously generated QR code. Showing the QR code at the kiosk eliminates the need to manually enter data at the kiosk.
The self-service booking terminal also allows you to create a reservation yourself or extend an existing one 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Check-in is possible from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00.
We care about ecology
We care about ecology, improving the urban microclimate. Our building has an extensive green roof, which reduces the urban heat island effect and stores rainwater. It is a natural thermal insulation and increases the green area. Plantings increase oxygen production and reduce CO2 and pollution.
In the apartments on the ground floor we have a garden for guests. We reduced energy demand with an efficient heat pump installation. Temperature regulation is effective, ensuring low energy consumption. The heat pump does not produce harmful substances. It converts energy into heating and water heating. Fan coils and intelligent temperature control allow you to adjust parameters for comfort.
